How to drink/Eat?
Matcha is suitable for the application of tea beverage (e.g. iced tea, pure tea, fruit tea,milk tea) as basic raw material or as food additive for cake,candy and chocolate etc.
1. Using a bamboo tea scooper or small spoon, place 1 1/2 to 2 teascoops of matcha into the
tea bowl or cup;or, measure out a rounded 1/2 teaspoonful. Adjust the amount of matcha to your taste.
2. Add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of hot water. amounts can be adjusted to your preference.

Elizabeth K.I have been buying another brand of organic Matcha powder for a couple of years now. It's a great product that comes in a foil lined bag. However, it does have a very earthy flavor. I don't sweeten my matcha, so I got used to it. I tried this brand because it's packaged inside a tin, which is so convenient. I get to save one of my kitchen jars for other teas. Love the tin and included spoon. This organic matcha is mild tasting, but still strong. I mix my organic matcha with moringa tea. The two flavors mix really well together. This is a great product. I'm very happy with it.
Update: Received my latest order with the new sturdy rubber flip top. This makes for much better sealing and gives the matcha a canister appearance. Kudos on the new design!
Johnnah PHad not tried Matcha prior to this purchase. Now, I use it with my protein shake and a banana in the morning for FOCUS on tasks to be completed. I usually have trouble staying on task, but for some reason, this tea just takes that difficulty away. LOVE it. Had to get used to the taste, but now, am completely acclimated to it.

MarthionyThis makes me feel like I am giving myself quality fuel for a busy day. I'm a big believer in antioxidants and this provides a good supply. I add it to a banana smoothie and it is delicious. I think that it would be really good iced with some lemon or a splash of cranberry juice. It definitely gives a little boost and makes me feel "clear-minded."
